This article examines the Gromov-Hausdorff convergence of a sequence of vector bundles \(\pi_i : E_i \to X_i\). The base manifolds \(X_i\) are Riemannian and converge to a limit space \(X_{\infty}\), while the total spaces \(E_i\) are assumed to be endowed with a metric of Sasaki type whose rank is uniformly upper bounded. The author proves that any subsequence converges (in the Gromov-Hausdorff sense) to a metric space \(E_{\infty}\), together with a submetry \(\pi_{\infty} : E_{\infty} \to X_{\infty}\), whose fibers are the limits of the respective fibers of the subsequence. However, the fibers of \(\pi_{\infty}\) are no longer vector spaces but quotients \(\mathbb R^k / G\) for a certain orthogonal group \(G\) associated with the holonomy groups of the vector bundles \(E_i\). A notion of parallel translation on the limit space is introduced, and the case when the fiber is an honest vector space is examined thoroughly. The results are illustrated with nice examples.
