The following theorem is the main result of the paper. { Theorem.} Suppose \(f\) is an entire function of order \(\rho\) that admits the Hadamard representation \[ f(z)=e^{q_0+q_1z+...+q_mz^m}\prod_{n=1}^{\infty} E\left(\frac{z}{a_n},p \right) \] with \(p=\lfloor \rho \rfloor.\) Denote by \(\sigma_k\) the sum of the series \[ \sigma_k=\sum_{n=1}^{\infty}\frac{1}{a_n^k}, \] which converges for all \(k>p.\) Let \(f(z)=\sum_{k=1}^{\infty} \lambda_k z^k\) be the Taylor expansion of \(f\) at the origin. Then \[ \sum_{j=0}^{k-p-1}\lambda_j \sigma_{k-j} +k\lambda_k=\sum_{j=k-p}^{k-1}\lambda_j (k-j)q_{k-j} \qquad (k>p). \] This theorem can be considered as a kind of generalization of the well-known Newton-Girard formulae that allow to express the sums of the \(k\)-th powers of all roots of a polynomial in terms of its coefficients. Applying this result to the Hadamard representation of the function \(\frac{1}{\Gamma(1-z)}\), the authors derive the following reccurence relations for the Riemann zeta function: \[ \zeta(k)+\sum_{j=1}^{k-2}\lambda_j \zeta(k-j) +\gamma \lambda_{k-1}+k\lambda_k=0 \qquad (k\geq 2), \] where \(\lambda_k\) are the Taylor coefficients of \(\frac{1}{\Gamma(1-z)}\) and \(\gamma\) is the Euler-Mascheroni constant. Based on these relations the authors compute the sums extending over all nontrivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function. Some analogues of the main theorem are also obtained for meromorphic functions and entire functions with \(p<\lfloor \rho \rfloor.\)
