Summary: We prove a classication theorem for actions with the Rokhlin property of locally compact separable abelian groups on factors. This is a generalization of the recent work due to \textit{T. Masuda} and \textit{R. Tomatsu} [``Rohlin flows on von Neumann algebras'', Preprint, \url{arxiv:1206.0955}] on Rokhlin flows.
