The paper under review is devoted to a proof of a conjecture from [\textit{H. L. Huru} and \textit{V. V. Lychagin}, ibid. 70, 81--97 (2013; Zbl 1283.53080)] regarding the quantization of splitting fields of products of quadratic polynomials, which are obtained by deforming the multiplication.
