The authors present the concept of V-invariant monotonocity and establish the equivalence between the V-invexity of vector-valued functions and the V-invariant monotonocity of the corresponding Michel-Penot subdifferential. The vector variational-like inequalities of Stampacchia and Minty type are formulated in terms of the Michel-Penot subdifferentials and these variational-like inequalities are used as a tool to solve the vector optimization problem involving nonsmooth V-invex functions. Finally, the authors also formulate weak vector variational-like inequalities of Stampacchia and Minty type in terms of the Michel-Penot subdifferentials and establish relationships with the weak efficient solutions of the vector optimization problem involving V-invex functions.
