    This paper completes classification of simple weight modules with finite dimensional weight spaces over generalized Heisenberg-Virasoro algebras. Here ``generalized'' means that the basis elements are indexed by an additive subgroup \(G\) of \(\mathbb{C}\). The case of the classical Heisenberg-Virasoro algebra is obtained for \(G=\mathbb{Z}\). The main result is the following: Theorem. Let \(G\) be an additive subgroup \(\mathbb{C}\) and \(\mathfrak{g}\) the corresponding generalized Heisenberg-Virasoro algebra. {\parindent=6mm \begin{itemize} \item[(1)] If \(G\cong\mathbb{Z}\), then any nontrivial irreducible Harish-Chandra \(\mathfrak{g}\)-module is either a module of the intermediate series, or a highest/lowest weight module. \item [(2)] If \(G\cong\mathbb{Z}\) but has rank one, then any nontrivial irreducible Harish-Chandra \(\mathfrak{g}\)-module is a module of the intermediate series. \item [(3)] If the rank of \(G\) is greater than one, then any nontrivial irreducible Harish-Chandra \(\mathfrak{g}\)-module is either a module of the intermediate series or is a generalized highest weight module. \end{itemize}}
