A system of nonlinear ordinary differential equations of the form \[ F(t, x(t),\, x'(t))= 0,\quad t\in\mathbb{R} \] with \(x\in\mathbb{R}^n\) is considered cohere \(F: \mathbb{R}\times \mathbb{R}^n\times \mathbb{R}^n\to \mathbb{R}^n\) is sufficiently smooth and satisfies \(\det\partial F(t,x,y)\over{\partial y}\equiv 0\). A theorem on the unbounded extendability of solutions to this system with arbitrarily high insolvability index (see, for example, \textit{S. I. Campbell} and \textit{C. W. Gear} [Numer. Math. 72, No. 2, 173--196 (1995; Zbl 0844.34007)]) is proved.
