The authors discuss functional dependencies, and compare ontological and rational dependencies. What I call ontological dependencies are the dependencies that are based on the state of nature. Rational dependencies, on the other hand, are game theoretical, and require a free will and a strategy-based approach. The authors start from ontological/functional dependencies and show that they do not work for rational dependencies as the axioms for ontological dependencies fall short. This is a quite clear and obvious statement. Then they go ahead and give a full axiomatisation of rational dependencies, this is where the real contribution of the paper starts. The axiomatisation and proofs are clear even if some may find them ``dry''. My only suggestion for the authors would be to consider the dependence logic of Jouko Väänänen, and independence-friendly logic of Hintikka and Sandu. These works can be relevant for the authors.
