Differentiability with respect to initial functions of solutions to nonlinear hyperbolic functional differential systems (Q486352)

The paper under review studies the initial value problem \[ \partial_t z_k(t,x)=F_k(t,x,z_{(t,x)},z_{\varphi(t,x)},\partial_x z_k(t,x)),~k\in\mathbb N, \] with \( z_k(t,x)=\psi_k(t,x)\), on \(E_{0,k}, k\in\mathbb N\). The main results of the paper are the existence of a weak solution obtained by the method of successive approximations and the differentiability of solutions with respect to initial functions.
