The paper deals with the long-time behavior of a class of retarded lattice dynamical systems. Criteria for the existence of global attractors are presented. The upper semi-continuity with respect to a sequence of finite-dimensional approximate systems is investigated. Several numerical examples further illustrate the obtained theoretical results.
