Many exact formulas for computing the volumes of particular non-Euclidean polyhedra are known, going as far back as the work of Lobachevsky, Bolyai, and Schläfli, and continuing to the present day (e.g., see [\textit{N. Abrosimov} and \textit{A. Mednykh}, in: Rigidity and symmetry. Fields Institute Communications 70, 1--26 (2014; Zbl 1320.52013)] for a survey). In this paper, the authors consider octahedra in hyperbolic space that admit both a central symmetry and a rotational symmetry of order three. After the warm-up case of Euclidean octahedra with this set of symmetries, the authors work in the Klein model of hyperbolic space and, making extensive use of Schläfli's formula and direct calculations, establish existence conditions for this class of hyperbolic polyhedra, relations between the lengths of their edges and dihedral angles, and multiple volume calculation formulae. The authors indicate that the techniques can be extended to similar computations in spherical space.
