The work is devoted to an autonomous polynomial planar system of differential equations whose origin is a generalized nilpotent singular point. By using a homeomorphism the authors transform the origin into a third-order nilpotent singular point. Then they compute the first several quasi-Lyapunov constants and derive sufficient and necessary conditions for the origin to be an analytic center. It is proved that there exists a concrete system with seven small amplitude limit cycles in the neighborhood of the origin.
