The purpose of this paper is to study the equation \[ {k}-\nabla u+V(x)u=Q(x)u\log u^2 \text{ in } \mathbb{R}^N, \tag{k} \] for external potential \(V\) and term \(Q\) one-periodic functions in the \(N\) complex variables \(x_i\). The main result is that ({k}) has infinitely many geometrically distinct solutions. Furthermore, an existence result for a certain functional \(J\) is proved. The proofs use Palais-Smale sequences, Lipschitz continuity, Lion's lemma, and proof by contradiction.
