The aim of this paper is to dicuss the following reaction diffusion equation and its initial-boundary value problem: \[ \begin{cases} \varepsilon u_t-\nu\Delta u=\sigma f(x,u,Tu),\;t>0,\;x\in\Omega,\\ u(t,x,\varepsilon) =J(x),\quad t>0,\;x\in\partial \Omega,\\ u(0,x,\varepsilon) =A(x),\quad x\in\Omega. \end{cases} \] By using upper and lower solutions, the authors study the uniqueness, existence and asymptotic behavior of solutions to the above system.
