The authors introduce fractional powers of a pair of Hankel-Clifford transformations of order \(\nu\geq 0\) depending on a real parameter \(\mu\). Then, pseudo-differential operators involving these fractional powers are studied in detail. Some Sobolev-type spaces are also considered. The obtained results are used to solve certain differential equations involving Kepinski-type operators.
