The Gromov-Haudorff convergence is a basic notion in Riemannian and metric geometry. To better understand properties of Riemannian manifolds, such as the convergence of eigenvalues for a sequence of Riemannian manifolds, more refined convergence is needed. In this paper, the author introduces a notion of \(L^p\)-convergence of tensors fields for a sequence of Riemannian manifolds which are convergent in the Gromov-Hausdorff topology and establishes several properties. Then, he applies these results ``to establish a Bochner-type inequality which keeps the term of Hessian on the Gromov-Hausdorff limit space of a sequence of Riemannian manifolds with a lower Ricci curvature bound and to give a geometric explicit formula for the Dirichlet Laplacian on a limit space defined by Cheeger-Colding. We also prove the continuity of the first eigenvalues of the \(p\)-Laplacian with respect to the Gromov-Hausdorff topology.''
