Neural networks are important tools for solving problems in many fields of applied sciences. The present volume treats the dynamical behavior of neural networks under stochastic uncertainty resulting, e.g., from stochastic transfer functions, stochastic model parameters, such as stochastic weights, noise parameters, distributed time delays, Markovian jump parameters, etc. Considering the dynamic evolution of neural networks, steady outputs are needed. Moreover, the behavior of the neurons should be synchronized. Thus, dealing with the dynamic properties of neural networks, control procedures are considered for reaching a stable and synchronized behavior in neural networks with random parameters. After Chapter 1 ``Relative mathematic foundation'' describing several tools from stochastic analysis, Chapter 2 ``Exponential stability and synchronization control of neural networks'' is devoted to the stability analysis of neural networks with fuzzy logic, bidirectional associative memory and Markovian jump parameters, and synchronization control of neural networks. Chapter 3 ``Robust stability and synchronization of neural networks'' deals with neural networks with uncertain parameters. Problems of adaptive synchronization of bidirectional associative memory (BAM-)delayed neural networks, and synchronizations of certain types of stochastic neural networks are considered in Chapter 4 ``Adaptive synchronization of neural networks''. Problems of robust stability, and synchronization of neutral-type neural networks with Gaussian noise, and Markov switching parameters, resp., are studied in Chapter 5 ``Stability and synchronization of neutral-type neural networks''. In Chapter 6 ``Stability and synchronization of neural networks with Lévy noise'', the stability and synchronization for time-delay neural networks with Lévy noise and Markovian switching parameters is treated. Applications to problems in finance and economic models can be found in Chapter 7 ``Some applications to economy based on related research method''. The volume is equipped with many figures, numerical examples and numerical simulations. Moreover, each chapter contains several references. The book can be recommended to readers having good knowledge in the foundations of neural networks, dynamical control systems and stochastic analysis.
