The present book is the second edition of a work published in 1979 for the first time. For a review of the first edition see [Zbl 0433.01007]. The review of the first edition was written by Evert Marie Bruins who critically observed some weak points in the text. In this edition under review, the text seems not to have been changed as compared to the first one -- only another text processor was used, so that the critical remarks of Bruins still have to be considered. This second edition would have given also an opportunity to change the wrong title ``Methodenschrift'' (methodology) on p. 90 into the correct one ``Zugang'' (approach) but this opportunity was not seized. The book is written in German.
