The author classifies all weak orthogonal polynomials satisfying a second-order differential equation \(A(x)y''+ B(x)y'= k_n y\), where \(A(x)= ax^2+ bx+ c\), \(B(x)= ex+f\) are polynomials of degree at most two and one, respectively, and \(k_n\) is the eigenvalue parameter \(en+an(n-1)\), \(n\geq 0\).
