Construction of a new class of quantum Markov fields (Q502283)

The authors propose a new construction of quantum Markov fields on connected, locally finite graphs. The construction depends on a tessellation of the graph, i.e. on a certain sequence of finite subsets of vertices that covers the whole vertex set. The main results concern the existence and uniqueness of (backwards) quantum Markov fields over such graphs w.r.t. a fixed tessellation.
