The author and \textit{D. Goswami} [``Quantum isometry group of dual of finitely generated discrete groups and quantum groups'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1408.5683}] sketched a program of explicit computation of the quantum isometry group of a spectral triple connected to discrete groups. In the paper under review, the program is implemented for the braid group on three generators, and other interesting examples are given.
