A certain Clifford-like algebra and quantum vertex algebras (Q503247)

The authors use several results of previous papers of the first author to study a certain Clifford-like algebra \(\mathcal{A}\) first defined in [\textit{N. Jing} and \textit{B. Nie}, Ann. Comb. 19, No. 3, 427--442 (2015; Zbl 1368.17029)], by generators and relations. They provide a PBW-type of basis for \(\mathcal{A}\). Next, they introduce a new algebra \(\mathcal C\) and use this to give another realization of \(\mathcal A\) and another PBW-type basis for \(\mathcal{A}\). They then prove that a certain quotient of \(\mathcal{A}\) is isomorphic to the group algebra of \(\mathbb Z\). They also classify all irreducible \(\mathbb N\)-graded \(\mathcal{A}\)-modules. Finally, a new associative algebra \(\widetilde{\mathcal{A}}\) is introduced and its vacuum modules are studied.
