The authors study the existence and stability of Stieltjes quadratic functional integral equations using the Darbo-type fixed point theorem. Basic properties of the composite function of bounded variation and generalized Hyers-Ulam-Rassias stability results are given. Examples of fractional order functional integral equations are presented to illustrate the theory discussed.
