Small scale equidistributions are described for eigenfunctions of the Laplacian on the \(d\)-dimensional torus \(\mathbb T^d\). Let \(\{\psi_n\}_{n\geq 1}\) be the eigenbasis of the Laplacian on \(\mathbb T^d\) with eigenvalues \(\{\lambda_n\}_{n\geq 1}\), and for any \(n\geq 1\) let \[ \mathcal B_n=\Big\{B(y,r)\subset \mathbb T^d: r> \lambda_n^{o(1)-1/(2(d-1))}\Big\}. \] Then \[ \lim_{n\to\infty} \sup_{B(y,r)\in \mathcal B_n} \bigg|\frac 1 {|B(y,r)|}\int_{B(y,r)} |\psi_n|^2-1\bigg|=0. \] When \(d=3,4\), the small scale equidistribution is proved on individual eigenspaces. Irregularities of quantum equidistributions are also investigated.
