The author constructs a Kerr-anti-de Sitter metric in which the Klein-Gordon equation has exponentially growing node solutions with either Dirichlet or Neumann boundary conditions at infinity in some ranges of the values of the cosmological constant and masses. Physically, this gives an example of a superradiant instability for a negative cosmological constant.
