The two-weight norm inequality is a natural extension of the weighted norm inequality in analysis [\textit{J. García-Cuerva} and \textit{J. L. Rubio de Francia}, Weighted norm inequalities and related topics. Amsterdam-New York-Oxford: North-Holland (1985; Zbl 0578.46046)] and also plays a significant role in the study of partial differential equations. The author extends two-weight norm inequalities to Morrey spaces, which were introduced by \textit{C. B. Morrey jun.} [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 43, 126--166 (1938; Zbl 0018.40501)] for the study of solutions of some quasi-linear elliptic partial differential equations. The two-weight norm inequality for Morrey spaces was introduced by \textit{H. Tanaka} [Ann. Acad. Sci. Fenn., Math. 40, No. 2, 773--791 (2015; Zbl 1331.42023)]. The motivation to study two-weight norm inequalities for singular integral operators and fractional integral operators is given by Tanaka's results. The author establishes two-weight norm inequalities for singular integral operators and fractional integral operators on Morrey spaces. The two-weight Poincaré and Sobolev inequalities, Stein-Weiss inequalities, Hardy inequalities and Rellich inequalities on Morrey spaces are also given. The results are fundamental and the paper is systematically well-organized and useful for beginners on inequalities in Morrey spaces and Lebesgue spaces.
