The paper studies a family of elliptic systems of linear elasticity with rapidly oscillating periodic coefficients, that arises in the theory of homogenization. The method of layer potentials is used to solve the \(L^2\) Neumann problem for the elasticity operators. Estimates are given for the nontangential maximal function and square function for weak solutions of some Dirichlet problem, which are used to prove the boundary Korn inequality. Rellich estimates are established for small scales and the \(L^2\) Neumann problem is solved in the small-scale case. Finally, a large-scale Rellich estimate is used to finish the proof of the main result.
