    In a recent paper [Calc. Var. Partial Differ. Equ. 55, No. 4, Paper No. 74, 8 p. (2016; Zbl 1361.32045)], the authors and \textit{G. Zampieri} proved Hölder continuity of the complex Monge-Ampère equation in pseudoconvex domains of finite type, extending a previous result of \textit{V. Guedj} et al. [Bull. Lond. Math. Soc. 40, No. 6, 1070--1080 (2008; Zbl 1157.32033)] for strictly pseudoconvex domains. In this paper the authors consider \(C^2\) smooth pseudoconvex domains enjoying the so-called ``\(f\)-property'' (which implies ``finite type''). They also extend Hölder continuity defining the \(f\)-Hölder space for a fixed real function \(f\) such that \(\lim _{t\to\infty } f(t) =+\infty \), \(f(t)\leq \mathrm{const}\cdot t\). Then the \(f\)-Hölder continuous functions on \(E\) have finite norm \[ \| u\|_{\Lambda^f (E)} = \| u\|_{L^{\infty} (E)} +\sup _{z,w\in E, z\neq w } f(|z-w|^{-1} ) |u(z)-u(w)|. \] If moreover \(f\) satisfies \(\int _1^{\infty }\frac{dt}{tf(t)} <\infty\) then one can define \(g(t)=(\int _t^{\infty }\frac{dt}{tf(t)} )^{-1}.\) The main result says: given \(f,g\) as above and \(\Omega\subset \mathbb C ^n \) which has the \(f\)-property, suppose that \(\phi \in \Lambda ^{t^a} (\partial\Omega )\), \(a\in (0,2]\) and \(\psi \in L^p\), \(p>1\). Then the Dirichlet problem for the Monge-Ampère equation \[ (dd^c u)^n = \psi dV , \] with the boundary data \(\phi\), has a psh solution \(u\) in \(\phi \in \Lambda ^{g^b} (\overline{\Omega } )\), where \(b=\min (a, \gamma)\) for any \(\gamma <\gamma _p = \frac{2}{nq+1}\), \(\frac{1}{p}+\frac{1}{q} =1\).
