The main aim of this work is to study the weak solvability to the following Dirichlet problem: \[ \begin{cases} \big(-\Delta_p u\big)^s\,u=f,\quad\text{in}\,\,\,\Omega,\\ u=g,\quad \text{in}\,\,\, \mathbb{R}^n\setminus\Omega, \end{cases}\tag{1} \] where \(\Omega\subset\mathbb{R}^n\) is a bounded domain, \(s\in(0,1)\), \(p\in(1,\infty)\) and \[ \big(-\Delta_p u\big)^s\,u(x):=2\,PV\,\int\limits_{\mathbb{R}^n}\,\frac{|u(x)-u(x+y)|^{p-2}\,(u(x)-u(x+y)}{||y||^{n+p\,s}}\,dy. \] This non-linear model generalizes the very well studied fractional Laplace equation \(\displaystyle (-\Delta)^s u=f\). Using the well known classical Perron's method, the authors prove the existence of Perron solution \(u\in W^{s, p}_{\text{loc}}(\Omega)\bigcap C(\Omega)\) to the problem (1) for any \(f\in L^{\infty}(\Omega)\) and any \(g\in L^{\infty}\big(\mathbb{R}^n\big)\bigcap C\big(\mathbb{R}^n\big)\). As in the classical case, for the Dirichlet problem for the Laplace equation, they prove that this weak solution belongs to \(C(\overline{\Omega})\) if \(\partial \Omega\) is regular. This is equivalent to the fact that for each point of \(\partial \Omega\) there exists a barrier function. Also it is proved that the well known exterior sphere condition for the Laplace equation is sufficient for the regularity of the boundary \(\partial \Omega\) in the case of problem (1), too.
