Let \(R\) be an associative ring with a unit, \(\mathcal{D}_{R}\) be the derived category of chain complexes of left \(R\)-modules and \(\mathcal{A}\) be a hereditary torsion class of \(R\)-modules. We denote by \(Cell_{\mathcal{A}}\) the right adjoint functor of the inclusion functor of the full subcategory of \(\mathcal{A}\)-cellular objects into \(\mathcal{D}_{R}\). In this paper the author generalizes a work of \textit{D. Bensen} [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 361, No. 4, 2225--2242 (2009; Zbl 1167.55003)] to show how to compute \(Cell_{\mathcal{A}}M\) for \(M\) an \(R\)-module.
