A local Riemann-Hilbert correspondence for tame meromorphic connections on a curve compatible with a parahoric level structure is established. Special cases include logarithmic connections on \(G\)-bundles and on parabolic \(G\)-bundles. Using the quasi-Hamiltonian approach, the problem of understanding the space of monodromy-type data, is broken up in two steps: understanding the Stokes data, and treating the regular singularities, i.e. extending Simpson's tame Riemann-Hilbert correspondence to a general connected complex reductive group \(G\). It is this extension that is considered in this paper.
