The main results of this paper are the following two theorems: Theorem 1. For the complex algebras \(\operatorname{so}(2n+1)\) and \(\operatorname{sp}(2n)\), the discriminant of the spectral curve \(D\) coincides with the bifurcation diagram \(\Sigma\) of the momentum mapping. Theorem 2. For a real form \(g^R\) of the algebra \(g\), the intersection of the discriminant of the spectral curve \(D\) with the iamge of the momentum mapping \(F^R_A\) coincides with the bifurcation diagram \(\Sigma^R\) of this mapping.
