Non-existence of isomorphisms between certain unitals (Q543433)

The authors prove that the automorphism group of a finite Ree-Tits unital of order \(q\) coincides with the automorphism group of the associated Ree group \(R(q)\), and is thus isomorphic to the semidirect product of \(R(q)\) and the automorphism group of the finite field \(\mathbb F_ q\). Moreover, they show that a Ree-Tits unital is neither isomorphic to a Hermitian unital nor to the polar unital in one of the Coulter-Matthews planes.
