The authors are concerned with a control scheme for stable synchronization of the error system corresponding to a master and a slave system. Both systems are nonlinear and chaotic and the external disturbance is described by exogenous systems. Mathematically, their work is based on a linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique. A numerical example (Liu and Lorenz systems) is carried out.
