A class of recurrent neural networks with time-varying delays and continuously distributed delays is studied. The authors obtain criteria for existence and local exponential stability of almost periodic solutions of such networks by applying the Dini derivative. Numerical examples are provided in order to illustrate the obtained theoretical results.
