The paper deals with the study of some possibly degenerate equations in a bounded domain with a nonlinear boundary condition involving measure data. First the Laplacian in a bounded domain with measure supported on the domain and on the boundary is considered. Then the same type of data are treated for a degenerate equation of the divergence form containing as the coefficient the power function with respect to the distance to the boundary. The same weight appears as a coefficient in a part of the boundary, where the weighted normal derivative in a combination with the unknown function is prescribed. Taking the exponent equal to zero one arrives at the first problem. In both cases, the nonlinearity under consideration lies on the boundary. For the first problem, an optimal regularity result is obtained while for the second one the optimality is not guaranteed but regularity estimates are established.
