    The authors consider the impulsive \(p\)-Laplacian boundary value problem \[ \begin{aligned} &(\rho(t)\Phi_p(u'(t)))' - s(t)\Phi_p(u(t)) + \lambda f(t,u(t)) = 0,\;\text{a.e.} \;t \in (a,b),\\ &\alpha_1u'(a+) - \alpha_2u(a) = 0,\;\beta_1u'(b-) + \beta_2u(b) = 0,\\ &\Delta(\rho(t)\Phi_p(u'(t)))|_{t=t_j} = I_j(u(t_j)), \;j = 1,\dots,\ell, \end{aligned} \] where \(a < t_1 < \dots < t_\ell < b\), \(\Phi_p(x) = |x|^{p-2}x\), \(p > 1\), \(\rho, s \in L^{\infty}([a,b])\), \(\text{ess\;inf}_{[a,b]} \rho > 0\), \(\text{ess\;inf}_{[a,b]}s > 0\); \(f : [a,b] \times {\mathbb R} \to {\mathbb R}\), \(I_j : {\mathbb R} \to {\mathbb R}\) are continuous and \(\lambda \geq 0\). Using critical point theory, the existence of at least three solutions according to the parameter \(\lambda\) is obtained. An illustrating example is provided.
