The author considers integral-uniform norms (and expectation of norms) for random polynomials, viz. polynomials whose random coefficients are independent jointly zero-mean random variables, defined on a probability space, with a certain expectation. The aim of the paper is to obtain improved (possibly best) upper bounds for higher moments, when the zero-mean random variables (representing the polynomial coefficients) accept heavier or lighter tails (e.g. exponentially decreasing distribution tails).
