Es wird eine allgemeine Formel für den Strom an der Berührungsstelle, Leiter-Halbleiter gegeben. Es wird ferner auf der Basis der \textit{Fermi}statistik eine Theorie des photoelektrischen Kontakteffektes aufgestellt. Die Ergebnisse werden diskutiert und mit der Erfahrung verglichen.
