Es wird folgende Formel bewiesen: \[ \sum _{n=0}^\infty \dfrac{P_n(x)H_n(\alpha x)\alpha ^n}{n!}=\exp \dfrac{\alpha^2(1+x^2)}{2}J_0\biggl( \dfrac{i}{2}\alpha (1-x^2)\biggr) \quad (-1<\alpha <1), \] wobei \(P_n(x)\) die \textit{Legendre}schen und \(H_n(x)\) die \textit{Hermite}schen Polynome bedeuten.
