    The paper is devoted to the study of the meromorphic solution f(z), \(z\in D=\{z;0\leq R\leq | z| <\infty \}\) to the equation \(\sum^{t}_{j=0}f^{'j}\sum^{\lambda_ j}_{k=0}a_{kj}(z)f^ k=0,\) where \(\max (k+j)=n\), \(a_{kj}(z)=(b_{kj}+o(1))z^{\alpha_{kj}},\) \(z\in D\), \(z\to \infty\), \(a_{kj}\) are meromorphic functions, \(\alpha_{kj}\in N\), \(b_{kj}=const\). Under the weaker assumption that \(\ln M(r,f)\geq (\lambda +2\epsilon)\ln \lambda,\) where \(\epsilon >0\) and \(\lambda\) is \(\lambda\) is a positive constant, the estimate \(\ln M(r,f)=(1+o(1))cr^{\rho},\) \(r\to \infty\) is obtained. Then, for an arbitrary meromorphic solution f, the estimates of the characteristics ln M(r,f) and ln m(r,f), which coincide with those well known for entire functions, are obtained.
