Let F be a \(C^{\infty}\)-foliation on M, and let \(L_{\theta_ T}\) be the Lie algebra of vector fields on the bundle of the transversal bases of F which preserve the canonical form of this bundle. In this paper, the derivations of \(L_{\theta_ T}\) are determined, and it is shown that the first Chevalley cohomology space \(H^ 1(L_{\theta_ T},L_{\theta_ T})\) has dimension \(q^ 2\) \((q=co\dim F)\).
