[For part I see the authors, ibid. 17, 1438-1452 (1986; Zbl 0614.70026).] In this paper, orientation of orbital plane of a geosynchronous satellite is studied. The orbital inclination \(\alpha\) contains a secular term and the effect of the oscillatory terms in \(\alpha\) and \(\psi\) is such that for values of T which are significantly greater than the oscillatory periods included, the values for the drift \(\Delta\) D are independent of T and less than.5\(\circ\) and there is a further change in \(\Delta\) D of the order \(10^{-1}\) due to earth's equatorial ellipticity and solar radiation pressure.
