On two inequalities similar to Opial's inequality in two independent variables (Q580522)

In this paper the author proves two integral inequalities similar to those established by \textit{J. Calvert} [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 18, 72-75 (1967; Zbl 0144.308)]. As a consequence, an Opial-type inequality in two independent variables, given by \textit{G. S. Yang} [Tamkang J. Math. 13, 255-259 (1982; Zbl 0516.26009)], is obtained.
