An arbitrary open set U of the space \(R\times L\) (R the real line and L a finite-dimensional Euclidean space) and a multivalued mapping \(F: U\to L\) are considered. The aim of the paper is the study of the space D(F) of solutions of the differential equations y'\(\in F(t,y)\). A solution is defined as an absolute continuous function, defined on a bounded interval I of the real line, the graphic of which belongs to U, and which has in almost each point of I, an approximate derivative belonging to the set F(t,y(t)). The domain of definition of the solutions is not a fixed one but all the solutions are considered whose domains belong to the real line. From the fifteen theorems proved in the paper, we quote only the first: Let \(\alpha =\{F_ n:n+1,2,...\}\) be a sequence of multivalued mappings of U on L and for an arbitrary \(x\in U\), \(F_ 1(x)\supseteq F_ 2(x)\supseteq...\) and \(F_{\alpha}(x)=\{\cap F(x),F\in \alpha \}.\) Then \(D(F_{\alpha})=\cap \{D(F);F\in \alpha \}.\)
