A geometric maximum principle for surfaces of prescribed mean curvature in Riemannian manifolds (Q582604)

Let F be a surface in three-dimensional Riemannian space \({\mathcal M}\). Suppose F lies in some subset \(Q\subset M\). The author gives conditions on the mean curvature of F and on the mean curvature of the boundary \(\partial Q\) under which F must lie strictly inside Q.
