An automorphism \(\sigma\) of a group G is called algebraic if for every element \(g\in G\) the minimal \(\sigma\)-admissible subgroup of G containing g is finitely generated. An automorphism \(\sigma\) of a group G is said to be an e-automorphism if for every \(\sigma\)-admissible subgroups A and B where A is a proper subgroup in B there exists an element x in \(B\setminus A\) such that \(x^{-1}x^{\sigma}\in A\). It is proved in this article that every e-automorphism is algebraic.
