    Suppose that \(\mathbb R^m\) is the \(m\)-dimensional real Euclidean space, \(x= \{x_1,x_2,\dots, x_m\}\in \mathbb R^m\), \(xy= x_1y_1+\cdots+ x_m y_m\) is the inner product of the vectors \(x\) and \(y\), \[ \mathbb T^m= \{x\in \mathbb R^m: -\pi< x_i< \pi,\,i= 1,\dots, m\} \] is the \(m\)-dimensional torus and \(\mathbb Z^m_+\) is the set of vectors \(\ell\) from \(\mathbb R^m\) with nonnegative integer coordinates \(|\ell|_1= \ell_1+\cdots+ \ell_m\). It was shown by \textit{P. V. Zaderei} and \textit{E. N. Pelagenko} [Math. Notes 84, No. 3, 584--588 (2008); translation from Mat. Zametki 84, No 4, 627--631 (2008; Zbl 1168.42004)] that if the coefficients \(\{a_k\}\) in the series \[ \sum^\infty_{k=0} a_k F_k(x)= \sum^\infty_{k=0} a_k \sum_{|\ell|_1= k} e^{i\ell x}, x\in \mathbb T^m \] satisfies Boas-Telyakovskii conditions, then the series converges almost everywhere to \(f\in L(\mathbb T^m)\) and it is its Fourier series if and only if \(\sum^\infty_1{|a_k|\over k}<\infty\). In this note the author shows that this result is not valid for \(m\geq 2\). He finds a sufficient condition for the series to be integrable.
