Composition of functions in Sobolev spaces (Q5896397)

The author gives a general sufficient condition ensuring the chain rule for \(F\circ u=F(x,u(x))\), proves that \(F\circ u:\quad W^ r_ p(\Omega)^ m\cap C^ 0({\bar \Omega})^ m\to W^ r_ p(\Omega),\) for all m,n and r and presents an apriori estimate of \(F\circ u\). Thus, the results due to \textit{J. Moser} [Ann. Scuola Norm. Sup. Pisa, Sci. Fis. Mat., III Ser. 20, 265-315, 499-535 (1966; Zbl 0144.182)] are extended.
