The authors consider the evolution inclusion \[ u^{\prime }(t)\in Au(t)+F(t,u(t)) \] in a real Banach space \(X\), where \(A:D(A)\subseteq X\rightarrow \mathcal{P}(X)\) is an \(m\)-dissipative operator. Let \(I\) be a bounded interval, \(K:I\rightarrow \mathcal{P}(\overline{D(A)})\), \(\mathcal{K}\equiv \text{graph}(K)\) and \(F:\mathcal{K}\rightarrow \mathcal{P}(X)\). They show that under certain hypotheses, the condition \[ \begin{aligned}&\text{There exists a set \(N\subseteq I\) of measure zero such that, for each }\\ &\text{\((\tau ,\xi )\in \left[ (I\setminus N)\times X\right] \cap \mathcal{K}\), we have that \(F(\tau ,\xi)\) is an \(A\)-quasi-tangent set to \(\mathcal{K}\)}\\ &\text{at \((\tau ,\xi )\).}\end{aligned} \] is both necessary and sufficient for \(\mathcal{K}\) to be \(C^{0}\)-viable with respect to \(A+F\). The notion of an \(A\)-quasi-tangent set was introduced in [\textit{O. Carja, M. Necula} and \textit{I. I. Vrabie}, Viability, invariance and applications. Amsterdam: Elsevier (2007; Zbl 1239.34068)]. These results extend [the authors, Nonlinear Anal., Theory Methods Appl., Ser. A, Theory Methods 71, No.~12, e2205--e2216 (2009); \url{doi:10.1016/j.na.2009.04.044}] to the fully nonlinear case. A comparison theorem for differential inclusions involving multivalued perturbations of subdifferentials is also proven by applying these results.
